Yes & no. While I don’t call myself a psychic or a medium, I am clairsentient. I don’t encounter spirits, etc. often, but I have in the past, and I can sense their presence and mood.

Clairsentience is one of the psychic senses, or clairs. Clair means 'clear', while sentience means 'feeling', so clairsentience means 'clear feeling', and is sometimes referred to as 'empathic intuition'. It involves perceiving or sensing information through our emotional or energetic feelings.

As a clairsentient, I have the ability to pick up on the emotions, energy, or vibrations of people, places, objects, or situations.

I’ve read professionally for about 6 years. However, I’ve had my one and only deck since I was 16 years old.

In ancient times, the reader would toss bones, shells, etc. and make predictions based on placement or positions of the objects. This is a modern version of that practice. It is deeply intuitive and steeped in symbolism; much like a tarot card reading.
